Your chalet is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. You will automatically receive the access code to reception by e-mail one day before your arrival.

The reception is located in the small hut at the bend in the Karwendeltalweg.

On the day of departure, the chalet is at your disposal until 10:00 am. Please simply return the key to reception with the same code.

Binding booking:

Your booking becomes binding after your written booking order and our written confirmation.

Local tax:

The overnight tax amounts to €5.00 per person per night and applies from the age of 15 completed. It is charged additionally and is not included in the price.

Cleaning:

Final cleaning is included in the price and amounts to € 180,- for suites and € 220,- for lodges per cleaning.

Use of sauna and whirlpool

Use of the sauna and whirlpool is at your own risk. Please pay particular attention to the safety of children and infants.

Before using the device for the first time, please familiarize yourself with the safety and usage instructions. Detailed instructions can be found in our information brochure or via the QR code in the brochure.

Please also observe the following safety rules:

  • Open fires, flammable materials and electrical appliances are strictly prohibited in the sauna.

  • No electrical appliances may be used in the whirlpool either.

⚠️ ATTENTION – SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE HOTSPOT

  1. Always fill the hotpot with water before switching it on or heating it up.

  2. Only heat up with the lid open to avoid pressure build-up.

  3. Never drain the water while it is hot! Only drain when it has cooled down completely – ideally the next day.

  4. Only close the lid at the end when the heat source is no longer active.

  5. Use at your own risk. Please observe all safety instructions in the information brochure before using the equipment for the first time.

Four-legged friends are very welcome! There are no additional costs – we only ask that you keep the accommodation clean so that the next guests also feel completely at ease. Thank you for your consideration!

Payment:

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to bookings made via the booking system on this website.

  • Deposit:
    Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.

  • Final payment:
    The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival.
    If the booking is made within this period, we ask you to transfer the total amount immediately.

  • Payment information:
    You will receive all the necessary information for payment of the remaining amount by e-mail after booking.

  • Prepayment with discount:
    If you would like to pay the full amount immediately when booking, please select the “Non-refundable” option in the booking process.
    In this case, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price.
    Please note: If you select this option, no refund is possible in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation fee:

A free of charge change of booking or cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival, after that the total amount has to be paid 100%.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance (see below). Requests for booking changes or cancellations will only be accepted by email accepted.

To avoid any financial disadvantages in the event of cancellation or early departure, we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
