Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: from 3:00 PM
Check-Out: by 10:00 AM
Your chalet will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. You will automatically receive the access code to the reception via email one day prior to your arrival.
The reception is located in the small hut at the bend on Karwendeltalweg.
On the day of departure, the chalet is available until 10:00 AM. Please return the key to the reception box using the same code.
Binding Reservation
Your reservation becomes binding upon written booking confirmation from both parties (your request and our confirmation).
Local Tax
The local tourism tax is included in the price and amounts to €3.50 per person per night.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning fee is included in the total price:

Use of Sauna and Whirlpool
Use of the sauna and whirlpool is at your own risk.
Please pay special attention to the safety of children and toddlers.
Before first use, please read the safety and usage instructions. Detailed information is available in our information brochure or by scanning the QR code inside the brochure.
Please also observe the following safety rules:

In the sauna, open flames, flammable materials, and electrical devices are strictly prohibited.

No electrical devices may be used in the whirlpool.
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE HOTPOT

Always fill the hotpot with water first, before turning it on or heating.

Heat only with the lid open, to prevent pressure build-up.

Never drain hot water! Only drain once the water has completely cooled down, ideally the next day.

Close the lid last, only after no heat source is active.
Use is at your own risk. Please consult the safety instructions in the brochure before first use.

Travelling with Dogs
Dogs are very welcome at our chalets!
There are no additional costs for bringing your four-legged friend.
We kindly ask you to keep the chalet clean, so future guests can also enjoy their stay.

Payment
These conditions apply exclusively to bookings made via our website's booking system.
Deposit:
Unless otherwise agreed, a 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 3 days of arrival), we kindly ask for immediate full payment.
Payment Information:
All necessary payment details will be sent to you via email after booking.
Advance Payment Discount:
If you choose to pay the full amount during the booking process, please select the "Non-refundable" option.
You will receive a 10% discount on the total price.
Please note: In this case, no refunds are possible in the event of cancellation.

Note Regarding Construction Work
Please note that construction activity on a neighboring property may cause occasional noise or visual disturbances for the following units:

Suite Scharnitz

Suite Tirol

Karwendelhütte
These construction works are beyond our control and do not constitute a defect in the booked service within the meaning of § 1096 ABGB.
Price reductions or refunds are excluded in this regard.
We will do our best to inform you in advance of any such disturbances and are available for questions at any time.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
After that, the full amount is due (100%).
We strongly recommend travel insurance (see below).
Please note that all cancellation or modification requests must be submitted via email.

To avoid financial loss in case of cancellation or early departure, we recommend purchasing Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the chalets.
