For hikers who like to start from their holiday apartment, the Gleirschklamm (Free of charge) is just the right thing. You walk along the Isarsteig, past the Scharnitzer Alm, via the Nederweg, and reach the entrance to the spectacular gorge. The Gleirschklamm is one of the most beautiful gorges in the Karwendel. You walk directly in the gorge. It takes approx. 45 minutes and you should be sure-footed and not prone to vertigo. You will experience a unique natural spectacle amidst rocks and stones, a wild mountain stream far away from stress and hustle and bustle.
