More than just a Holiday Home in Tyrol

Our chalets are perfectly located in Scharnitz, at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Park – also known as the Gateway to Karwendel. The first chalet is a two-story house with two wonderful suites: “Scharnitz” and “Tirol”, built in 2017. Here you will find a spacious wine cellar, complemented by an additional kitchen and a cigar lounge.

The second chalet houses the “Isar” and “Leutasch” suites, as well as the spacious, two-story “Edbur’s Lodge”. Right next to it is the separate chalet “Johannes’ Lodge”, in the immediate vicinity of the Isar spring. Higher up on the “Bichl” you will find the feel-good chalet, the Karwendel Lodge, which is equipped with a large garden, a barrel sauna, and a hot tub.

Spacious lodges – Johann “s Lodge and Edburg” s Lodge – are also part of the “Goldener Hirsch” Chalets complex in the Austrian region of Tyrol.
Each lodge is built like a two-story house with a garage or carport, has three bedrooms and a spacious living area, a large terrace with a sauna or hot tub, and a garden. Our lodges are ideal for large families with children or for relaxing weekends with friends… even barbecuing is possible.

Both the holiday suites and the lodges exude a cozy atmosphere. The rustic appearance of the holiday home is rounded off by the combination of wood and stone furniture. The large terrace, the barrel sauna, and the spacious rain shower provide every guest with an additional feeling of wellness. Thanks to the extensive glazing, these accommodations offer a beautiful panoramic view of the Tyrolean Alps.

A large dining table for 10 people creates a cozy feel-good atmosphere. Here, surrounded by wine bottles, candlelight, and traditional Tyrolean decor, you can host culinary evenings or celebrations for special occasions. Adjacent to the main room is a small TV room with a cigar zone.
