Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Check-In & Check-Out<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Check-In:<\/strong> from 3:00 PM
Check-Out:<\/strong> by 10:00 AM<\/p>\n

Your chalet will be ready for you from 3:00 PM<\/strong> on the day of arrival. You will automatically receive the access code to the reception<\/strong> via email one day prior to your arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The reception is located in the small hut at the bend<\/strong> on Karwendeltalweg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the day of departure, the chalet is available until 10:00 AM<\/strong>. Please return the key to the reception box using the same code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

Binding Reservation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Your reservation becomes binding upon written booking confirmation from both parties<\/strong> (your request and our confirmation).<\/p>\n

\n

Local Tax<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The local tourism tax<\/strong> is included<\/strong> in the price and amounts to \u20ac3.50 per person per night<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

Final Cleaning<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The final cleaning fee is included in the total price:<\/p>\n

    Use of Sauna and Whirlpool<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Use of the sauna and whirlpool<\/strong> is at your own risk<\/strong>.
    Please pay special attention to the safety of children and toddlers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Before first use, please read the safety and usage instructions<\/strong>. Detailed information is available in our information brochure<\/strong> or by scanning the QR code<\/strong> inside the brochure.<\/p>\n

    Please also observe the following safety rules:<\/p>\n

      In the sauna<\/strong>, open flames<\/strong>, flammable materials<\/strong>, and electrical devices<\/strong> are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      No electrical devices<\/strong> may be used in the whirlpool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE HOTPOT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      1. \n

        Always fill the hotpot with water first<\/strong>, before turning it on or heating.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        Heat only with the lid open<\/strong>, to prevent pressure build-up.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Never drain hot water!<\/strong> Only drain once the water has completely cooled down<\/strong>, ideally the next day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      4. \n

        Close the lid last<\/strong>, only after no heat source is active.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Use is at your own risk. Please consult the safety instructions in the brochure before first use.<\/p>\n

        Travelling with Dogs<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Dogs are very welcome<\/strong> at our chalets!
        There are no additional costs<\/strong> for bringing your four-legged friend.
        We kindly ask you to keep the chalet clean<\/strong>, so future guests can also enjoy their stay.
        Thank you for your consideration!<\/p>\n

        Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        These conditions apply exclusively to bookings made via our website\u2019s booking system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Deposit:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Unless otherwise agreed, a 20% deposit<\/strong> is required to confirm the booking.<\/p>\n

        Remaining Balance:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to arrival<\/strong>.
        For last-minute bookings (within 3 days of arrival), we kindly ask for immediate full payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Payment Information:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        All necessary payment details will be sent to you via email after booking.<\/p>\n

        Advance Payment Discount:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        If you choose to pay the full amount during the booking process, please select the \u201cNon-refundable\u201d<\/strong> option.
        You will receive a 10% discount<\/strong> on the total price.
        Please note: In this case, no refunds<\/strong> are possible in the event of cancellation.<\/p>\n

          These construction works are beyond our control<\/strong> and do not constitute a defect<\/strong> in the booked service within the meaning of \u00a7 1096 ABGB.
          Price reductions or refunds are excluded<\/strong> in this regard.<\/p>\n

          We will do our best to inform you in advance<\/strong> of any such disturbances and are available for questions at any time.<\/p>\n

          Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          You may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival<\/strong>.
          After that, the full amount is due (100%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          We strongly recommend travel insurance<\/strong> (see below).
          Please note that all cancellation or modification requests must be submitted via email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Worry-Free Booking \u2013 Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n
